This is certiorari to review real estate tax assessments as determined by the appellant, Board of Review of the Town of Linn, Walworth County. The respondents-relators, Hazel Boostrom and Lake Geneva Country Club, filed objections with the board of review objecting to the 1964 assessment of their real estate located in the town of Linn. Both relators objected upon the grounds (1) that the assessed valuation was in excess of the actual valuation, and (2) that their property was being assessed at a "higher rate of taxation" than other classes of property in the township.
